Canon EOS 650D (EOS Rebel T4i) Camera User's Manual - Canon EOS 650D / Rebel T4i / Kiss X6 is a touch screen 18MP DSLR with hybrid AF sensor-based systems to increase the focus on the film and the live view mode. Camera gain all-cross-type 9-point AF sensor of the EOS 60D and can now shoot at 5fps. It also adds a stereo mic to record Full HD video, which is available in 30, 25 and 24fps. 

For users moving up from a compact camera, the 650D offers a very significant improvement in image quality and usability. Where the camera falters, unfortunately, is the performance of AF in live view. New 'hybrid' AF system Canon, while a step forward compared to the previous contrast detection efforts, is far from what we have seen in other mirrorless models
